Returns and Refunds

At Quirkaboo we strive hard to make our customers feel delighted upon receiving our products. Our products are manufactured with great eyes for details and they undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
These are personalised products and cannot be returned.
However your satisfaction is our top most priority. For products that are defective when delivered, we do accept returns and provide a free replacement.

Customizable Products

The production of each order involves design time and several processes. There is a limited capacity to how many orders we can process in a day. In order to ensure timely delivery of orders, internally we schedule a production window every 12 hours, as soon as your order is received. During busy periods, we also limit the number of orders we accept in a day. In order to provide maximum fairness to other customers and considering the amount of time spent in personalizing your order, we have the below cancellation policy in place.

  • 97% refund eligible if the order is cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. 3% will be deducted for the credit card processing fee we incurred towards processing your order.
  • 70% refund eligible if we have not started design work
  • 30% refund eligible if we started the design work

If you made a cancellation request and are eligible for refund, then it will be processed in 24 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-4 working days.

Non-Customizable Products

If your order does not involve any customization and if it has not been dispatched yet, you can request for a refund. Once it has been dispatched, you have 14 days to return the item for refund. For further details, please Contact us

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank statement, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
